01The challenge
The school recruited mostly through word of mouth and social media. It needed a site that is fast on mobile, ranks locally, and a form that never loses an enrolment.
02The solution
A Next.js 16 site with no CMS and centralised content, GSAP animations that respect reduced motion and work without JavaScript. Pre-enrolments feed the school's Google Sheet, with an automatic WhatsApp fallback if sending fails. Full SEO: sitemap, structured data, share image and llms.txt.
