01The challenge

Schools juggled notebooks, spreadsheets and separate cash-desk software. They needed one tool: fast at the front desk, rigorous for accounting, usable in right-to-left Arabic and able to host many schools.

02The solution

Bun monorepo: a Hono API on PostgreSQL with one isolated schema per school, a Next.js web app, an Electron desktop app and an Expo mobile app for students and parents. Role and scope-based permissions, a tamper-proof audit log, Ed25519-signed licences verified offline, signed QR check-in, CI and Docker deployment.
